You are so tired and frustrated of struggling with the same health and life issues. You are ready to commit to letting go of the mindsets and nutrition and lifestyle habits that are holding you back from truly living with purpose, health and joy.

You've tried to change things on your own and the changes did not last. This time, you want to meet regularly for accountability, education and encouragement as you build new, healthier habits and skills and practice caring for yourself well once again.

The 3 Months To Greater Purpose, Health & Joy Program will allow us time to deep dive into your symptoms, health history, nutrition and lifestyle habits and to get clear about your health and life goals. It will help you feel calmer, healthier and more confident in life.

Our first two meetings will be 90 minutes each (in person or via skype) to give us time to get to know each other and to make sure you are clear about my initial recommendations. We will meet up again for five more 60 minute visits over the course of the 3-4 months to help you stay on track and to provide the regular support and encouragement that you need! Health recommendations will be adjusted as we go. Weekly email or text accountability check-ins are included.

*I have kept my prices lower than many other nutritional consultants because I recognize that many people would never be able to access my services otherwise. If you need help and are living with super tight finances I might be able to offer a sliding fee scale. Contact me to discuss.



You feel like you need help and ongoing support to establish a good overall foundation for health but aren't quite ready to invest in a 3 month program. You may be interested in learning and growing through a private class!

Each week you will receive an educational PDF along with supportive handouts and we will meet (online or in person) for a 45-60 minute session to walk you through the material and initiate significant, lasting change in your life. Revitalized can be stretched out over 3 months, at no extra cost, to allow for more time for you to implement the material.


You feel like you need a boost of encouragement and solid advice to get you unstuck from your current mindset and not-so-healthy habits. Or you may be looking for support for your child. You don't want to commit right now to a big investment of money or energy but are clear that you need help to move forward into a more joyful life.

The Joyful Living Jumpstart gives us the opportunity to connect for three 60-90 minute consultations (to be used within a six week period) to dive into your most pressing life and/or health concerns - those 1 to 3 places where you feel the most stuck right now.

Before meeting you will fill out forms explaining your symptoms, lifestyle and health history. Depending on your health challenge I may have you fill out a 5-7 day Food-Mood-Poop journal before we meet to provide additional information about your current lifestyle. As we meet together you will receive nutrition, lifestyle, mind-body and supplement strategies to shift you into a healthier and more joyful life. Email or text support are included in the Jumpstart.

If you decide you want more time with me you can roll this jumpstart into the 3 month package.


Add on follow-up sessions as needed to keep you moving forward after the 3-month program. We will use these sessions for ongoing encouragement, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed (Wellness Consultation +$69/60 minutes - this reduced rate is only for clients who have committed to a 3-month program as long as follow-ups are booked within 2 months of each other).

This consultation is also used to help you get set up and/or review results if you have purchased Lab Testing.
