Adding in shiny new habits and aspirations, supportive friends and healthy foods to crowd out the junk works for a time. But at some point you risk becoming stuffed to over capacity, weighed down, stagnant.
Letting go frees up physical and emotional space and breathing room in our lives for the gifts of today and tomorrow.
