As we approach the end of the year, and navigate our way through the noisy holiday season, this feels like a great time to take stock of our life and recalibrate as needed.
The free Simply + Recalibrate Challenge will run from Dec 4-8th this year.
I want to keep the 5-Day Challenge simple and valuable for you. Each daily email will include one exercise and an accompanying short video (less than 20 min long) to support you in the work and help you end your year on purpose.
We’ll explore Simplifying + Recalibrating in 5 areas of life.
Want to join me? You don’t have to complete the challenge the week of Dec 4-8. You will have access to the videos through the end of January so you can make use of them when it works best for you.
