This page offers an ever-evolving list of events and resources for your mind-body health (both free and paid) that I think will serve my community. Some are seasonal offerings from my work (indicated by ⭐) or include my referral link but I am not affiliated with all of these events. I am, however, personally interested in them and want a way to share them with you. This does NOT mean I agree with every thought, practice, or product given a voice within each offer or event. Join Poet Jena Schwartz for A Communal Re-Imagining of the Future. This virtual gathering on Tue, September 21, 2021 from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM MDT, will be a place for re-imagining a future we individually and collectively want to be part of. Jena will guide us through a thought journey that considers our individual and communal sense of place and the role of language and reflection with the goal of us realizing the relationship between our words and our actions. Menstrual Love Challenge. You’ll get daily tips and inspiration to practice self-care in your inbox. From September 27th to October 1st, during the waning Moon phase, guests like me will give you implementable tips and takeaways on how to increase self-care and self-love which will help balance your hormones. The Wisdom of Trauma: movie and talks on trauma. This film and the talks featuring new conversations with authors, celebrities, spiritual teachers and trauma experts, will run October 4-10.
