Be kind to your body – your inseparable best friend.Manuela Mischke–Reeds
To build a healthy and respectful relationship with oneself we first must learn to bring awareness to our current patterns, beliefs, the things that activate us to self-protect. We need to practice listening inward to what we truly want and need whether a glass of water, a better boundary with a particular friend, or a whole new vision for our life.
Sign up to access the ALIP resource library which includes tools to build mind-body awareness and wellbeing including:
- A Self-Care Checklist to offer prompts or simply plant seeds of ways to care for your whole self.
- A Shift-Your Experience Worksheet to help you attune to your thoughts, emotions, somatic (or body) experience and notice how your nervous system state impacts your beliefs and vice-versa.
- A Brain Down-Load Printable to help you get all your swirling thoughts out of your brain and onto paper so you can triage and identify what you want to let go of altogether, what can wait, and what truly merits your attention in this season.
- And much more!
