I live with a clear and compelling vision for my life. My values are instinctual now, woven throughout my self and my life, and they anchor me through the highs and lows of each new season.
I’m good at this – it comes naturally to me as a Questioner and Reformer – and over the years I’ve realized that most people I meet do not have such a clear vision for their lives. I’ve been practicing and honing my skills for decades now and supporting clients in this work for almost 10 years.
I’ve needed to live values and vision focused to survive and thrive in a noisy (and sometimes harsh) world as a highly sensitive human with certain health limitations. This is also how I’ve remained rooted + resilient through and beyond trauma, pain, and deep grief.
I regularly pause to listen inward, gauge my mind-emotion-body health, strip away any noise or distraction or anything I’ve picked up that isn’t mine to carry, and reorient.

do you live joyfully and ‘on purpose’?
At the end of your days, how will you know that you’ve lived well? If today was your last day, could you say with confidence that you’ve used your voice, energy, talent, and attention wisely?
Palliative nurse, Bronnie Ware, spent time with people at the end of their lives. She shared what she learned about the top Regrets of the dying. The most common regret of all was “I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.“
However many days I get, I choose to receive each one as a gift, and to live each day in a way that is true to myself.
what does the workshop include?
There’s a lot that goes into casting a vision that is values-aligned and soul-honouring, and then actually walking it out. Consider this workshop a gentle and encouraging starting point to vision and values-aligned living.
Step one: Identify your core values. You’ll receive a couple handouts to support you in this.
Step two: Print out the life visioning flowchart, life visioning checklist, and workshop notes I’ve provided.
Step three: Watch the four parts of the workshop and implement what you learn. The four parts are: values, vision, goals, and rhythm. In all, it will take 95 minutes to watch plus your ‘home work’ or implementation time.
Step four: Check in with your vision and values each season to review. And ideally, set aside at least one dedicated time per year for deeper life visioning.
If you need deeper, more thorough, guided life visioning support, my Visioning Intensive might be what you’re looking for.
