We often lose our sense of creativity as we age. We need to consciously explore, create, and engage with awe, wonder, or delight in order to keep our creativity alive. This is not only about getting out for walks in nature, or pulling out the paints. It’s also about letting our mind wander, making space for ample rest, and releasing judgement in order to witness how creativity already shows up in our lives.
Krista – It was such a rich experience for me. Thank you for being such a humble and gracious human being. I appreciate the way you created a safe space for us to share without fear of judgement. I will be working through each of the autumn words and writing about them as I go through the next few days. Thank you again for making it all possible.Big hugs, Beth Bruno – after the Creativity workshop
